What is your Live Animal Guarantees?
R.E.D Exotics guarantees the health of our animals for 7 days if delivered within the Hamilton/GTA area. Live animals which are shipped by Air Canada are guaranteed to "arrive alive". Any claims on our arrive alive guarentee must be placed within 12 hours of reciept. Please read the conditions below for more information:
We ship via Air Canada due to our insurance requirements. If no one is available to accept the package and the animal perishes, our guarantee is void. No live arrival guarantee where destination temperature is less than 0 degrees C or greater than 30 degrees C. Do not discard specimens without our consent as this will void our guarantee. Seven day guarantee begins on the initial delivery date under all circumstances. Customers will be credited for losses in store credit or with an replacement animal. We will not issue credit for shipping costs.
We will not ship any animals which are under 4 weeks and less then 8g in weight.
